Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.

Shipping Issues:
Glass It Detail is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. Please file a claim with the carrier if necessary. We’re happy to help you track down issues where possible.
